Special Offers High Throughput Protocol
We immunize three (3) female Balb/c mice* with your immunogen emulsified in Freund’s Complete Adjuvant. Booster injections follow a two week cycle and are emulsified in Freund’s Incomplete Adjuvant. After the third immunization, the antibody titers are determined by ELISA.

Immunogen requirements: 1-2 mg suitable for immunizations and ELISA plate coating. 0.5 mg negative control protein.

*Our HTP mice are also available for an additional fee.
Prepare and fuse spleen cells from immunized mice with myeloma cells using polyethylene glycol.

Screen HAT selected, viable hybridomas for antigen specific antibodies by ELISA on antigen and control protein/peptide.

Expand antibody-secreting hybridomas (up to 48 clones) from fusion plates (parental hybridomas) and re-test. Supernatants shipped to you for evaluation.
Up to five (5) positive parental hybridomas will be subcloned. One (1) vial of each parental hybridoma will be frozen down with about 2x106 cells/vial for long term storage. Single colony wells will be screened for antibody secretion by ELISA.

Two (2) subclones from each of the five parental hybridomas will be expanded and frozen down into three (3) vials each.
All subclones frozen down in two (2) vials.

All subclones (1 vial each) stored in our cell bank (6 months without additional charge).

Supernatant from all subclones.

Isotype of each parental line.
