We guarantee a minimum of a 1:15,000 ELISA titer on any sequence that we design (for at least one of the two rabbits).  A titer of 1:15,000 should translate to a discernable signal in a variety of tests including westerns and staining applications. To maximize your chances of success, we will work with you on each project to determine the optimal strategy for your particular needs.  Abpro reserves the right to discontinue any project if we feel there is not a legitimate chance for it to attain a 1:15,000 titer.

We have optimized our production schedule to accelerate antibody generation and still generate high quality antibodies.  Using this rapid schedule we are still able to consistently generate the highest titers in the industry.  This is our accelerated protocol:

 

Day 0 Prebleed, initial boost (CFA)    

Day 14 Boost (IFA)   

Day 28 Boost (IFA)   

Day 35 Bleed #1 ELISA   

Day 40 Bleed #2

We have significant experience in designing and producing modification state specific antibodies, including phospho and cleavage site-specific targets.  We can also make antibodies to several others  such as mutation specific, acetylated and methylated lysine as well as nitrosylated tyrosine. If you require something other than our rabbit antibodies, we regularly produce polyclonal antibodies in: Chicken, Goat (or Sheep), Guinea Pig, and Rat. If you need any other species, let us know.  We can work with a wide range of other animals upon request.
