Peptide Synthesis

We handle everything so that you don’t have to. We design and sythesize peptides that are optimized to fit the immunization strategy that is best for your project.

Immunizations

Immunizations can be done in less than 3 weeks with our High Throughput Protocol. Our HTP^TM mice have an immune system that increases the potential diversity of antibodies that can be developed to your immunogen.

Fusion

Using techniques developed over years of experience, our team achieves higher fusion efficiency, further increasing the likelihood that pertinent antibodies will be raised. This means you have more choice in which antibodies will move to the subcloning phase.

Screening

State of the art liquid handling allows Abpro to screen hundreds of hybridomas for the cells producing mAbs that exhibit your required characteristics.  We can screen hybridomas by ELISA, Western blotting, Dot Blot, Flow Cytometry, Affinity ranking and others upon request.  

Subcloning

Subcloning is essential to make sure your antibodies are monoclonal. Typically we subclone 5 monoclonals of your choice per project, but we can subclone as many as you like, just let us know!

Scale-Up and Purification

For those special clones that you need purified, we can scale up and deliver any quantity from a small batch of 20 mgs up to gram quantities.

Characterization

Our skilled scientists can characterize your antibody in many applications including the following: epitope mapping, Western blotting, FACS, affinity, isotype, flow cytometry and others upon request.
